The REA reason for pages like this!

You had LOADS of ideas for your brand spanking new website, you created LOADS of html pages. BUT you where running out of space on your webhost, well we wrere all using Geocities LOL. So an 'under construction' image was what you got! Others just left them there right up to the present! Nowadays it lives on though, as the never ending COMING SOON! page on some sites! I walso downloaded the the image fro the web, and just left it as the name of the file, well, I have code to write, and not worry asbout changing names!
